Wayne F. VanDusen

Wayne F. VanDusen, 92, of Coshocton passed away at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville on Thursday March 2, 2023.

Wayne was born on February 14, 1931, in Coshocton to the late Sylvia R. and Marie C. (Uher) VanDusen. He attended Bancroft Grade School and graduated from Coshocton High School in the class of 1949.

On December 24, 1953, he married the love of his life, Flossie M. (Haven) VanDusen, who survives.

Wayne worked as a paper cutter at Novelty Advertising and a machinist for Ohio Fabricators Co. In 1970, he co-founded and operated Coshocton Industries Inc. Machine Shop. He retired from Coshocton Industries and worked several years as an independent machine designer.  Wayne enjoyed shooting, woodworking, computers, and his weekly lunches with friends.

Along with his wife of sixty-nine years, Flossie; he is survived by his sister Emily J. (Raymond) Stout of Coshocton; niece Marie (Bill) Gross of Coshocton; several other great nieces and nephews.

A graveside memorial service will be held in South Lawn Cemetery on Monday March 6, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
