Lady Bears set school record

On Tuesday, Dec. 5, the River View Girls bowling team travelled to Wabash Lanes to take on the Dover Lady Tornadoes. The Lady Bears used a great team effort to win the match 2245-1885, to improve to 4-0 on the season.
Leading the way for the Lady Bears were freshman Kaylie Bryan with a 226 (PR) game and a 402 (PR) two game set, freshman Karley Stocker with a 206 (PR) game and a 399 (PR) two game set and sophomore Kylan Wesney with a 138 (PR) game and a 253 (PR) two game set. All seven varsity Lady Bears bowlers bowled and helped set the new school record for a team match score with 2245 breaking the record with Kaylie, Karley and Kylan were Joni Winland, Maeve Gentile, Annie Ward, and Madison Bryan.
The Lady Bears will be back in action this Friday, Dec. 8 at Legacy Lanes as they host East Knox.
