2 vehicle accident with injuries reported

On March 2, 2022 at approximately 8:53 a.m. the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call in reference to a two-vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of County Road 3 and County Road 18 in Bedford Township.

Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined that John Gundrum, 39 years old, of Killbuck, was traveling southbound on County Road 3 when he failed to yield at a stop sign, causing a collision with a juvenile driver of Warsaw, who was traveling eastbound on County Road 18. The juvenile was transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center for minor injuries by Coshocton County EMS. Gundrum was not injured and was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Assisting at the scene was the Coshocton County EMS, Walhonding Valley Fire District, and Prince’s Wrecker Service.
