On Sept. 15, 2021 at 3:45 p.m. the sheriff’s office received a 911 call advising of a two-vehicle accident in the intersection of South Sixth Street and Pine Street.  Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined that a Tiffani Celeschi (40) of Coshocton was traveling northbound on South Sixth in her 2004 GMC Envoy. James Phillips (62) of Coshocton was traveling westbound on Pine Street and had stopped for the stop sign at the intersection of South Sixth and Pine.

Phillips was not injured in the crash and Celeschi had minor injuries and was transported to the Coshocton Reginal Medical Center. Celeschi was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Assisting the sheriff’s office at the scene was Coshocton County EMS, Coshocton City Fire Department, REACT and Princes Wrecker Service.
