RVHS track athletes earn awards
River View High School track and field athletes earned the following awards this year:
Eastern District All-Stars DII Girls: Kelsey Hartsock – 100M, 200M, 4×100 relay and Pole Vault; Cayla Shrimplin – 4×100 relay; Cortney Bookless – 4×100 relay; Raychel Smalley – 4×100 relay.
Eastern District All-Stars DII Boys: Austin Philabaum – 300 hurdles, 4×200 relay, 4×400 relay; Luke Massie – 400M, 4×400 relay; Sam Adams – 800M, 4×800 relay; Nathaniel Stamper – 1600M, 4×800 relay; Koda Klein – 4×200 relay, 4×400 relay; Brady Philabaum – 4×200 relay, 4×400 relay; Jamal Watts – 4×200 relay; Zachariah Phillips – 4×400 relay; Connor Stevens-Woolery – 4×800 relay; Javin Robinson – 4×800 relay.
DII Athlete/Coach of the Year: Girls Track Athlete – Co-Athlete of the Year – Kelsey Hartsock, RV and Hannah Wyler, Tusk Valley; Field Athlete – Kelsey Hartsock, RV; DII Girls Coach of the Year – Co-Coach of the Year – Megan Philabaum, RV and Mindy McElwee, Tusk Valley.
