Accident with injuries reported
On July 20, at approximately 0713 hrs the Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of an injury accident in the 21000 block of Jackson Twp Rd 283. Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined that Lisa Murray of Coshocton was traveling north on TR 283 when she swerved to miss a deer that ran into the road. Ms. Murray then overcorrected and lost control of her vehicle. Ms. Murray went off the right side of the road and overturned coming to a rest on its top. Ms. Murray had to be extricated from the vehicle and was later transported to CRMC with unknown injuries.
Assisting at the scene was Coshocton County EMS, Jackson Twp Volunteer Fire Dept., and Princes Wrecker Service.
