Sheriff Office Report for July 24, 2021

On July 23rd, the Sheriff Office investigated 7 Accidents and 4 Complaints. 

Accidents: 

  • David Ayers of Coshocton was traveling Westbound onGrandview Avenue, when he struck a utility trailer parked on the side of the road. Ayers continued striking 4 other parked vehicles. Ayers was arrested and charged with OVI, Failure to Control and Leave the Scene of an Accident.

  • Luella Pippin of Kimbolton was traveling South in the 300 block of South Fifteenth Street in a Honda Pilot, when she struck a parked Nissan Sentra. The Nissan Sentra rolled forward and struck a parked Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ms. Pippin was cited for Failure to Control.

  • Katelyn Fauver of Coshocton reported a non-injury accident in the McDonald’s parking lot.

  • Mary Winner of Coshocton struck a parked vehicle at Subway on South sEcond Street.

Complaints: 

  • Wayne Lauvray reported a license plate missing from a trailer in the 500 block of Locust Street.
  • An employee with AK Steel reported being threatened.
  • Brittany McCune wanted to report that she had received a harassing phone call.
  • An employee of Walmart reported a theft.
