Home Loan wins Elks Golf League

The Elks Golf League played week 12 on Aug. 9 at Hickory Flats Golf Course.
Scores were low gross, 37, Darin Desender; low net, 31, Dave Ross, Ronnie Geog and Ron Tedrick; high points, 13, Dave Ross; most bogeys, six, Nick Schmit, Rod Norman and Dave Bratton; most pars, eight, Reese Andrews; and most birdies, two, Levi Yoder, Dave Desender, Mason Waycaster, Tom Cox and Ron Tedrick.

The Elks Golf League played its annual Calcutta Golf Tournament Aug. 21-22, at Hickory Flats Golf Course.

First place was Tom Cox and Ron Tedrick. Second place went to Terry Lowe and Terry Balo. Third place was Todd Davis and Nick Schmidt. Fourth place was Ron Richards and Ron Geog.

Week 14 of the league was played on Aug. 23 at Hickory Flats Golf Course.

Scores were: Low Gross (35) Bob Olinger; Low Net (32) Todd Cognion and Tom Cox; High Points (11.50) Steve Schlarb and Roy Bridges; Most Bogeys (6) Darin Williamson, Roger Moore and Terry Balo; Most Pars (9) Darin Williamson; and Most Birdies (3) Levi Yoder
