Doggy Trot planned at Lake Park
Century 21 is sponsoring a Doggy Trot from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, at Lake Park on the walking path.
There will be a pet parade, costume contest, pet adoption opportunities, petting zoo, pet trick contest, most laps contest and best costume, and music by DJ Eric Fick. T-shirts and bandannas will be given to the first 100 participants. If you don’t have a pet, come down to visit and walk a dog.
Registration begins at 3 p.m. at the shelters. Registration fee is $20, and proceeds will be donated to Friends of the Park.
