Pamala A. Mizer

Pamala A. Mizer, 54, of Stone Creek, passed away at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021, following a period of declining health. Born in Coshocton on Oct. 11, 1967, she was the daughter of C. David Tubbs of Coshocton and the late Judy (Cheney) Tubbs. She married her husband Terry Mizer on Sept. 9, 1995.

She was a 1986 graduate of River View High School and of The Ohio State University, later working at Rea & Associates, AEP-Conesville, U.S. Bank, Darr Farms, Village of West Lafayette and most recently the Village of Stone Creek as the fiscal officer.

Pamala was a member of the Salem Evans Creek Lutheran Church, the Bakersville Quest Club, Progressive Valley Grange and an advisor to the Progressive Live Stock 4-H Club. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, creating hand-made greeting cards and scrapbooking, but mostly keeping track of her son Cameron. She greatly enjoyed spending time with family and friends, decorating their home, their outdoors and the 4-H fair booth.

She is survived by her husband, Terry and son, Cameron Mizer of the home; a niece, Sarah (Bradford) Nethers; and two nephews, Ryan Bradford and Austin Yoder. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her twin sister, Kamala Bradford.

A funeral service for Pamala will be held on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021, in the Salem Evans Creek Lutheran Church 9030 Deibel Road SW Stone Creek at 11 a.m. with Pastor Cathy Ammlung officiating. Friends may call at the Smith-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, from 5-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the church.
