Margaret Coral “Peg” (Wright) Best, 81, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at the OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.

She was born May 20, 194, in Fombell, PA to the late Joseph and Dorothy (Kirkwood) Wright. She was a former nurse’s aid at Echoing Hills.

Peg always found joy in helping others. She was devoted to her churches and deeply loved her church family. Jesus is her Savior and she reflected His love while on this Earth. She passionately loved her two dogs, Sadie and Tinker. She enjoyed volunteering her time at the local food pantry. She also loved being outside and doing yard work.

Peg was a loving mother and very involved grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by a son, Bill Best of Butler, PA; three daughters, Dorothy Mobley (Daryl Rhodes) of Zanesville, Amy (Rob) Munn of Deming, NM, and Tammy (Brian) Mason of Coshocton; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, Ron Fields of Coshocton; a sister, Joanne (Paige) Best of Pennsylvania; and two brothers, Robert (Liz) Wright and Jerry (Patti) Wright, both of Pennsylvania.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Fields; a great-grandson, Conner Mason; two sisters, Shirley Lowers and Nancy Mercado; and two brothers, Richard & Jack Wright.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, at Canal Lewisville Cemetery, with Pastors Stan Braxton and Bill Dunfee officiating. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
