Harry Jacob Ringwalt Jr.

Harry Jacob Ringwalt, Jr., 95, of Deltona, FL and formerly of New Castle died Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in Deltona.

He was born June 2, 1926, in New Castle to the late Harry Jacob and Lizzie Seconva (Fisher) Ringwalt.

Junior was a World War II U.S. Army veteran serving in the Philippines. He was employed in road construction, Clows in Coshocton, an oil well pumper, and farming grain and cattle.

He loved going to Florida, had many friends and loved being around people and liked his GIT-R-DONE hat! He also loved watching his granddaughters play softball.

Junior married Faith Hart and they had two sons together, Ronald E. (Vickie L.) Ringwalt and his family, Brad (Kathy) Ringwalt, Craig (Rhonda) Ringwalt, Robin (Ringwalt) Kelso, Sherry (Paul) Pagani, and Dustin (Kayla) Ringwalt. Dean (Kari Lynn) Ringwalt and his sons, Brice Evan (Haley Clifford) Ringwalt, and Seth Jacob Ringwalt. Numerous great and great-great-grandchildren. A brother, John (Colleen) Ringwalt of Nellie and sister-in-law, Kay Ringwalt of Danville. Step children, Debbie (Don) Oaklief and Mark (Barbara) Kocher.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucretia Ann “Pat” (Smith) Ringwalt, whom he married Dec. 9, 1970, she died June 14, 2009. He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Charlene, Mary Louise, Jerry and a brother, Jim.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s or the charity of the donor’s choice.
