Albert “Spence” Richcreek

Albert “Spence” Richcreek, 73, of Coshocton passed away Thursday, September 1, 2022 at his home.  He was born in Coshocton, Ohio on December 14, 1948 to the late Robert “Bob” and Lucy (Jones) Richcreek.

Spence graduated from Coshocton High School and was the Owner/Operator of Richcreek Hardware and Guns for more than 40 years. He enjoyed spending time in the store and the friendships that he made throughout the years. Spence was a lifetime member of the Coshocton Gun Club, past member of the Coshocton Elks, Moose, Eagles, and the VFW.

He is survived by his daughter Ashley (Matt) Miller of Utica; grandsons Tyler and Logan Miller; brother Elsworth (Francis) Richcreek; and his many friends that he made over his lifetime.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Linda (Moats) Richcreek, who passed away June 11, 2020; siblings Olive Corder, Nancy Hale, and Rodney Richcreek.

Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 11:00am- 1:00pm with funeral services beginning at 1:00pm with Pastor Mike Jansen officiating.  Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed towards the National Rifle Association Foundation; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
