Ronald Carroll

Ronald Carroll, 91, of Coshocton, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022. He was born in Coshocton on June 30, 1931 to the late Charles Frank and Buelah (Clark) Carroll.

Ronald honorably served in the United States Navy, and later retired from Pretty Products where he worked as a semi-truck driver for over 30 years. He married Virginia (Stone) Carroll on December 9, 1960 who survives. He was a farmer and loved telling “true” stories. He also loved making up little songs to entertain his family.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Virginia Carroll, and his children Frank Carroll, Rebecca Carroll, Tina Hardesty, and Kristie Henderson. Ronald is also survived by 4 grandchildren Tessa Lousha, Lacey Hardesty, Luka Hardesty, and Justyne McGee, and 11 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 4 sisters in-law Pat Infield, Linda Crider, Myrna Stone, and Kathy Stone, as well as many nieces and nephews, all very special, and one special niece Kay (Kay Baby) Dunfee.

Ronald was preceded in death by his son Ronald, his parents, 9 siblings, son in-law Doug Hardesty, mother and father in-law Russell and Edna Stone, 5 sisters in-law, 5 brothers in-law, 5 nephews, and 2 nieces.

A memorial service will be held at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Coshocton County Veterans Council Honor Guard at the funeral home prior to the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ronald’s name to Coshocton Christian School, 23891 Airport Road, Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
