One in custody after drugs found

On Nov. 3, 2022, Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division executed a search warrant on the 1000 block of Chestnut Street in the City of Coshocton.

During the execution of the search warrant, a substantial amount of drugs, drug paraphernalia and cash were taken from the scene. One male was taken into custody. The name of the male will be withheld until formal charges and review from the Coshocton County Prosecutors Office.

Assisting with the investigation is the Coshocton County Prosecutors Office and Princes Wrecker Service.

UPDATE

On Nov. 4, 2022, 53-year-old, Leonard T. Anderson of Coshocton was formally charged with trafficking cocaine, a first degree felony. More charges are anticipated after the review from the Coshocton County Prosecutors Office.
