Kenneth Wayne ‘Mouse’ Porcher

Kenneth Wayne “Mouse” Porcher, 77, of West Lafayette, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022. He was born in Newcomerstown, Ohio on January 5, 1945 to the late Chester Eugene and Cora Pearl (Wise) Porcher.

Kenny honorably served in the United States Army in Germany during the Vietnam War, and later went on to work as a cemetery worker in California, and also at Heller’s. Kenny was an active member of Corner Stone North Gospel Church in Newcomerstown, and loved football. He also really liked to do yard work for himself, and his neighbors. Kenny had a good heart and loved and cared about everyone he met.

Kenny is survived by his loving wife of 15 years Faith Porcher, and his children Randy Porcher, Robert Porcher, Brian Porcher, and Mark Porcher. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, and his son Michael Porcher, his close friend Harold, and close friend and Pastor Joe at the First Baptist Church.

Per Kenny’s wishes a cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held at Corner Stone North Gospel Church on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Martin Addy officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kenny’s name to Corner Stone North Gospel Church, 1124 W State St, Newcomerstown, OH 43832.
