Auditions set for ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’
Attention all actors, singers, and dancers, the Footlight Players are holding open tryouts for the summer production of “Jesus Christ Superstar.”
The tryouts will be held on Sunday, Jan. 8 at 2 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 9 at 6 p.m. at the Triple Locks Theater. Actors should come prepared to sing a song of their choice or from the show.
“Jesus Christ Superstar” is an epic and groundbreaking rock opera that tells the story of the last week of Jesus’ life. The production will be directed by Jackie McCune and Ellen Hardesty. It is set to run in July.
