Resource fair, family fun event planned at Hopewell School
A free family event will be held on Wednesday, May 3rd from 5-7 p.m. at Hopewell School on Airport Road, near Wal-Mart.
There will be more than 20 vendor tables with information about different resources for families in our area. A bounce house, crafts, magic shows, face painting, reptile show and balloon animals will also be available. Also, there will be free food and drinks.
“The resource fair is open to anyone in the community. We are hoping to provide information about many different community resources as well as provide a fun evening for the family. Many times, families are not familiar with many resources that our community has to offer. We will be providing hot dogs, chips, drinks and popcorn. We are hoping that families will spend their evening with us and we will provide dinner and entertainment for all,” said Shannon Shontz, from Hopewell School.
