John D. Longaberger
John D. Longaberger, 82 of Conesville passed away Monday, June 5, 2023 at Genesis Hospital in Coshocton. He was born in Muskingum County on January 2, 1941 to the late James G. and Kathryn F. (Craig) Longaberger.
John was a graduate of Jefferson High School in Dresden, Ohio. He worked as an auto mechanic for the Chevrolet Garage and Coshocton Brake and Supply. He enjoyed fishing, camping, working on cars in his garage and sipping coffee and solving world problems at the Dresden McDonalds or the Conesville Store.
John is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joyce (Whiteus) Longaberger; children Melody (Kenn) Lowe, Renee (Pat) Anderson, and Jim (Hope) Longaberger; sister Ellen Andrews; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
John was able to give the ultimate gift of tissue donation through Lifeline of Ohio.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Friday, June 9, 2023 from 11:00am – 1:00 pm with a graveside service to follow at Franklin Cemetery with Pastor Bill Jones officiating.
