Don Lee Foster

Don Lee Foster, age 55, of Canal Winchester, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Columbus, Ohio, on March 12, 1968, to the late Harrison Lee Foster and Pamela (Roberts) Shafford.

After graduating from Licking Heights High School in 1986, he joined the United States Army, serving his country proudly from 1987 to 1994.

Don worked at Micro Center Electronics for 25 years. He enjoyed playing in his band, Treble Catz; watching The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Reba Foster; his two sons, Doug (Laura) Foster of Rushville, Ohio and Danny Foster of Canal Winchester; brother, Jeff (Angie) Foster of Coshocton and sister, Kristy (Shawn) Mason of Grandview; his father and mother-in-law, Deroy and Sharlie Taylor of Pickerington; sisters-in-law, Shelley Young of Dublin, Jaime (Jason) King of Pickerington and Katrina (Mike) Bridgewater of Jasper, Indiana; nieces and nephews, Regan, Kerra (Nick), Kassidy (Oliver), Kody, Stacey (Kevin), Bryan (Sarah), Jayden, Grayson, and Avaleigh; one great-niece, Foster and three great-nephews, Maclain, Kobe, and Kylan.

Don is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and his brother-in-law, Doug Young.

A private graveside service will be held at Roscoe Cemetery with the Coshocton County Honor Guard conducting Military Honors. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Don’s name to The ALS Association, 1300 Wilson Blvd., Suite 600, Arlington, VA 22209.
