First half real estate taxes due
Janette Donaker, Coshocton County Treasurer, would like to remind all taxpayers that this Friday, March 15, is the due date for the first half real estate taxes and manufactured home taxes.
The treasurer’s office will be keeping the drive-thru open until 5 p.m. this Friday to better serve the public. The drive-thru is located in the rear of the annex building.
If you miss operating hours, there is a secure drop box in the back of the annex building for payments. Feel free to place your stub and payment into the drop box. Any payments left in the drop box after 5 p.m. on Friday and before 8 a.m. on Monday, March 18, will not have late penalty added.
Also no penalty will be added if your payment is postmarked on or before the 15.
