Pursuit reported on CR 9
On May 1, 2024, at approximately 3:42 a.m. the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office was advised that Newcomerstown PD was in pursuit of a red truck traveling Westbound on CR 9.
Before deputies arrived to the area, the driver stopped on CR 254 and ran from the vehicle. After a brief foot pursuit, the male was apprehended. CCEMS was contacted to evaluate the male and he was transported to Genesis of Coshocton. This case remains under investigation at this time.a.
Also assisting at the scene was Coshocton County EMS, West Lafayette PD, and Bradford’s Towing.
