Regan Eugene Dreher
Regan Eugene Dreher, 58, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Zanesville Genesis Hospital in Zanesville, Ohio. He was the son of James Morris (deceased) of Belle Chase, Louisiana and Misty Dreher Wiggins (deceased), and stepdad Robert Wayne Wiggins (deceased) of Kissimmee, Florida.
He was a 1984 graduate of Ridgewood High School in West Lafayette, Ohio.
He was an established musician, singer, and songwriter. His musical journey started early on in Ridgewood swing choir, band, and drama club. He soon began singing in local bands around the Central Ohio area, and eventually played guitar and sang harmony for national touring acts all across the United States. Regan’s passion for music touched everyone who knew him. He was an inspiration to so many of his friends and peers, through his countless live shows on stage, his musical knowledge, giving guitar lessons as well as through his extraordinary songwriting. He had a special knack for blending catchy lyrics with a beautiful melody that could tug at your heart strings.
Regan’s sense of humor was legendary. He was always quick to crack a joke to make you laugh and pull epic pranks on friends and family at our county fairs and Ohio Wagon Train club. He certainly made our lives richer with love and so much laughter.
He is survived by his siblings, LuAnne West of Coshocton, Ohio, Pam Mullett of Plainfield, Ohio, Rob Morris of Covington, Louisiana, Jimbo Morris (deceased), Mark Morris of West Lafayette, Ohio, Tom Dreher of Nashport, Ohio, Lance Dreher of Nashville, Ohio, Trevor Dreher of Troup, Texas, Brad(BJ) Morris of Charleston, South Carolina, and Mandi Morris-LaCroix of Kimbolton, Ohio, along with step-siblings Danny Wiggins, Roger Wiggins, Tina and Archie Wiggins, as well as his son, Casee Allen Dreher of Mt. May his legacy live on forever, through his music and his beautiful children. Rest easy Regan, you may be gone, but you will never be forgotten. We will always love you.
