Jeannie Renee Jacobs
Jeannie Renee Jacobs, age 54, of Coshocton, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025. She was born on September 16, 1970, in Coshocton to the late Clarence Wright Jr. and Sherry (Bryant) Shivers.
On May 26, 2001, she married Robert “Rob” Jacobs who passed away on August 24, 2020.
Jeannie was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter-in-law. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church and worked at Hopewell Industries and on the weekends as an independent Home Health Aide. For 10 plus years, she worked at the Coshocton Senior Center, where she enjoyed making crafts, playing bingo, and exercising. She was a die-hard Steelers fan and enjoyed collecting gnomes, shopping and being with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Destinee Vickers, Zachary Vickers, Benjamin Jacobs, Sheea Jacobs, Sarah Lusk, Rachel Price and Robert Jacobs Jr.; grandchildren, Paisley, Alayna, and ZaeLynn, Josie, Gavin, Braxton, Emma, Airella “Oreo” Madden; brother, James Shivers and sister, Pam Gross and Becky John-Hartsock; and mother and father-law Christine and Rickey Jacobs.
Along with her parents and husband, Jeannie is preceded in death by her grandson, Reston.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 12:00 pm with Deacon Doug Mould officiating. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.
