Free series of health classes being offered
Coshocton Public Health District will host a free six-month health series offered by Dr. Jess Bahan from Five Point Chiropractic.
The series will offer educational tips and professional insight on how to revitalize your health. Topics include: healthy eating, grocery shopping, exercises to stabilize muscle strength, sciatica stretches, ingredient swaps, cooking recipes, and more.
The series will take place at the Coshocton Public Health District located at 637 Chestnut St. Classes are scheduled for Wednesdays, April 23, May 28, June 25, July 30, Aug. 27, and Sept. 24. All classes will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please utilize the parking lot and enter through the main entrance of the building. These classes are free, open to the public, and do not require registration.
Dr. Bahan is originally from Columbus, and recently moved to Coshocton. She spent the last three and a half years completing chiropractic school along with an internship in Atlanta and Texas. Before finishing chiropractic school, she completed her master’s in clinical nutrition. She especially has a strong passion for women’s health and children. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, Gus, spending time with family, cooking, and golfing.
