Ribbon cutting ceremony planned at Yellow Butterfly

NEWCOMERSTOWN – The Newcomerstown Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 28, at the Yellow Butterfly Bed and Breakfast, 11699 Blue Ridge Road.

The Yellow Butterfly Bed and Breakfast, which is owned by Michael and JoAnn White of Newcomerstown, will officially open to the public on Wednesday, July 3. However, an open house with tours of the bed and breakfast will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 29.

The bed and breakfast, which is a recently remodeled 133-year old farmhouse, is located adjacent to the Yellow Butterfly Winery.

“Just leave it all behind for a while,” is the mantra of the bed and breakfast and offers guests a chance to relax in the peaceful and tranquil setting of the Blue Ridge (in Tuscarawas County).
