Gladys Spinks PictureGladys Mae Spinks, 89, of Coshocton passed away at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital on Friday July 26, 2013.

Gladys was born in Coshocton to the late Charles and Clara (Foster) Taylor on February 18, 1924.

She had worked at the Indianapolis Glove Factory and retired from Pretty Products after over 35 years of service.

Gladys loved caring for and spending time with her family, she also truly enjoyed working at Pretty Products.

She is survived by her daughters Sandy (Jim) Hindel of Hanover, Linda (Terry) Taylor of Coshocton and Beverly (Steve) Thomas of Warsaw; sons Frank Spinks Jr. of Coshocton and Larry (Alice) Spinks of Warsaw; a sister Bonnie McClaine of Coshocton; twelve grandchildren Jimmy (Patty) Hindel, Jenny (Doug) Guilliams, Jeff (Linnett) Hindel, Jody Zimmo, Chad Spinks, Terry (Angie) Taylor, Lisa (Dave) Brown, Steve (Joanie) Thomas, Laura (Ron) Hayes, Carrie Thomas, Chris (Amanda) Spinks and Missy (Angel) Castaneda; thirty one great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Frank Spinks whom passed away in 1988; four brothers Harvey, Bob, Earl and Harold Taylor; two sisters Annabelle Wilson and Opal Lane; one great great granddaughter Ali Thomas.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Sunday evening from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Monday.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Mark Granger officiating.  Interment will follow in Prairie Chapel Cemetery.
