Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for November 6

On November 5 the Sheriff’s Office investigated two accidents and three complaints.

Accidents

– The Sheriff’s Office received several 911 calls in reference to an accident with injuries on SR 16 and TR 347. Upon arrival, it was determined that Alicia Lafollette (age 22) of Warsaw was driving her 2004 Buick Lesabre eastbound on SR 16. Another vehicle being driven by Amber Lillibridge (age 21) of Coshocton was driving her 2002 Pontiac Grand Am westbound on SR 16. Lafollette’s vehicle went left of center and struck Lillibridge’s vehicle head-on. The two vehicles then separated and Lafolloette’s vehicle continued eastbound and struck another westbound vehicle driven by Stacy McCormick (age 31) of Coshocton. She was driving her 2005 Ford Freestyle. Ryan McCormick (age 32) of Coshocton was a passenger. McCormick’s vehicle sustained light damage, while the other two vehicles were a total loss. Ms. Lillibridge was flown from the scene by Med Flight to The Ohio State University Hospital. Ms. Lafollette was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville by Coshocton County EMS. Stacy McCormick and Ryan McCormick were uninjured. Assisting at the scene were Coshocton County EMS, Conesville Fire Department, Coshocton City Fire Department, Med Flight, and Prince’s Wrecker Service.

– Rebecca L Cummings of Coshocton was traveling eastbound on SR 16 in Franklin Twp when her vehicle went left of center striking the vehicle driven by Richard L Hahn of Plainfield.

Complaints

– William J Jones of Coshocton reported vandalism to his home.

– A Coshocton business reported a littering complaint.

– A Coshocton Job & Family Services worker reported being threatened by a client. Kayla D Jennings of Coshocton was arrested and charged with Menacing.
