Marjorie J. Clark
Marjorie J. Clark, 84, of Coshocton passed away at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital on Sunday November 17, 2013. Marjorie was born to the late Arthur Howe and Flora (Bible) Howe in Cambridge on December 30, 1928. On February 23, 1954 she married Paul Eugene Clark, who passed away on March 2, 1994. She lived her early life in Coshocton and Roscoe and the middle of her life in Lancaster, Ohio. She moved back to Coshocton in 1973. She worked throughout her life and enjoyed clerical work being employed at Edmonts in her early years and Anchor Hocking in Lancaster, Ohio. She also worked at The Coshocton Tribune and Shaw Barton until retirement. She deeply loved her family and was a wonderful mom. She loved all her special friends, all her many kitties, music, playing the piano and books. She was a member of Central Christian Church in Coshocton. Marjorie is survived by her children Mark (Lisa) Clark of Norwich, OH, Jeff (Leslie) Clark of Kaysville, UT, Paula (Kirk) Gildow of Warsaw, Kevin (Randy) Clark of Atlanta, GA and John (Valerie) Clark of Coshocton; eleven grandchildren Jennifer (Jared) Stanton, Sara Miller, Andrew (Anne) Clark, Aaron (Miranda) Clark, Jordan (Tiffany) Clark, Levi Clark, Kyle Gildow, Ryan Gildow, Lisa Clark, Michael Clark and Jon-Paul Clark; seven great grandchildren Sophie Stanton, Tucker Miller, Jackson Clark, Lucy Clark, Lily Clark, William Clark and Wyatt Clark; a sister Arline Scott of Coshocton; several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her two sisters Laura Ann Silverthorn and Thelma Knapp; two brothers George Howe and Donald Howe. Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Wednesday November 20, 2013 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Funeral services for Marjorie will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Philip Hunt officiating. Interment will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.
