James D. Reigle
WEST LAFAYETTE- James Dale “Jim” Reigle, 76, formerly of Coshocton, died Sunday Dec. 29, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
He was born June 6, 1937 in Coshocton to the late C. Dale and Mildred M. (Shroyer) Reigle. He married Carol (Inman) Reigle on Oct. 7, 1956, who preceded him in death on June 8, 1993. He later married Mary Lou (Rahn) Kent Reigle on Nov. 9, 1996, who preceded him in death on April 23, 2011. He was a maintenance mechanic for AK Steel (formerly Cyclops and Armco). He was a lifetime member of the Coshocton Elks Lodge #376. He wintered at Eagle Bay Roost RV park in Okeechobee, FL. He enjoyed golf, wood-working, and attending fish fries.
He is survived by his wife, Zera Bible-Reigle of West Lafayette, a son, Jim Reigle of Pickerington, a daughter, Vicki (Rick) Sweet of Florence, KY, three step-sons; Ed (Diane) Kent and Ric (Leisa) Kent, both of Warsaw, and Larry (Michelle) Kent of New Concord, a step-daughter, Colleen Frazee of Walhonding, four grandchildren, ten step-grandchildren, three great-grandsons, one expected great-granddaughter, a brother, Kenneth (Kathy) Reigle of Walhonding, two sisters; Frances (Bill) Fry and Marilyn (John) Durbin, both of Newark, several nieces and nephews and many relatives from the Bible, Kent, and Inman families.
In addition to his parents and wives, he was preceded in death by a step-son-in-law, Danny Frazee, and a step-son, Rick Bible.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday Jan. 3, 2014 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Rev. Rod Uhlig officiating. Burial will follow in Coshocton Co. Memory Gardens. Calling hours are from 4-7 p.m. Thursday Jan. 2nd, and also one hour prior to service time on Friday at the funeral home. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
