Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for February 17, 2014

On February 16 the Sheriff’s Office investigated four accidents and one complaint.

Accidents

– LARRY DUSENBERRY OF WEST LAFAYETTE WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON CR58 WHEN HE STRUCK A DEER.

– RACHEL MORELAND OF WEST LAFAYETTE WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON SR541 WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A TREE.

– KATELYN DARR OF FRESNO WAS EASTBOUND ON CR24 WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND SLID INTO A FENCE.

– JOANNE POWERS OF WARSAW WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON CR19 AT THE INTERSECTION OF TWP RD 22 WHEN SHE WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY DUE TO THE SNOW COVERED ROADS AND STRUCK A COUNTY SIGN.

Complaints

– CARLA BAUGHMAN OF MANSFIELD REPORTED THAT WHILE SHE WAS WORKING AT THE FOXHOLE SHE WAS ASSAULTED BY ANOTHER FEMALE EMPLOYEE. KATHERINE LAYNE OF CRESTLINE WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH ASSAULT.
