Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for March 2, 2014

On March 1 the Sheriff’s Office investigated one accident and three complaints.

Accidents

– John Armstrong of Coshocton reported his vehicle had been hit sometime during the day.

Complaints

– The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office recieved a 911 call reporting some type of disturbance located on Coshocton County Road 410 approximately a half of a mile from the intersection of Coshocton County Road 9. The caller stated there was an argument going on during which gunshots were heard. Two vehicles were observed leaving the area, but no vehicle description could be obtained. Deputies responded to the area and found evidence of the altercation. At approximately 5:30 am it was reported that a male had arrived at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital Emergency Department with a gunshot wound. The victim, from Coshocton, has been unable to be questioned as to the incident. Persons with information regarding the incident which may have begun as an altercation in the Village of Newcomerstown are asked to contact the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office at 740-622-2411 or the TIPS line at 740-623-8477.

– Tabitha S Turnbull of Coshocton reported her residence was burglarized.

– David N Foreman of West Lafayette was reported missing from his residence. David is driving a tan 2000 Chevy S-10 truck. Persons with information regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Foreman are asked to call the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office at 740-622-2411.
