National Day of Prayer service set in Bakersville
BAKERSVILLE – Bakersville Presbyterian Church, 28164 Coshocton County Road, will host a National Day of Prayer Service at noon Thursday, May 1, followed by a luncheon.
The theme, “One Voice United in Prayer,” has been chosen for the 63rd anniversary of the event. According to Rev. Peter Mathewson, “It is a time for America to pray.”
Gary Henshaw, Fresno Presbyterian Church, will provide the music. This is a community event calling people to pray for America.
