COSHOCTON – The flow of traffic has changed around the old Central Elementary School.
Eighth Street between Walnut and Main streets changed to two way traffic. Burt Avenue remains one way.
The alley from Seventh to Eighth streets near the old Central School and the alley from back of the old school to Main Street changed to two way traffic.
