COSHOCTON – From now through Friday, Oct. 5 the following traffic changes will be in effect. Kenilworth Avenue will be one way eastbound between Seventh and Eighth streets. Also from Sept. 26 through Oct. 3, Seventh Street will be one way Southbound between Kenilworth Avenue and Ash Street. In addition, the usual no parking changes will be in effect.
