– CHARLES LANNING OF COSHOCTON WAS TRAVELING WEST ON CHESTNUT STREET WHEN HE FAILED TO SEE MAVIS WITTE OF MISSOURI WHO WAS A PEDESTRIAN WALKING NORTH ACROSS CHESTNUT.
Complaints
– DENA STEPHAN OF COSHOCTON REPROTED THE THEFT OF A SAFE AND CASH.
