Dreher PictureBrice “Junior” Dreher, 91, of Fresno passed away at his home Tuesday November 4, 2014.

USFlagSunlightHC1311_X_300_C_YHe was born in Newcomerstown on February 26, 1923 to the late Brice E. and Verna (Scherer) Dreher.

Brice served in the United States Army during World War II, farmed and retired from Cyclops after working there for 20 years. He enjoyed traveling across the country, camping and boating.

Brice is survived by his wife Bernice (Patterson) whom he married August 22, 1942; children Cindy (Larry) Farmer and Chris (Vickie) Dreher; brother Billy (Donna) Dreher; sisters Almena (Ray) Hodges, Irene (Vernon) Shriver, and Maxine (Pete) Patterson; In-Laws Alfred Patterson, Dean (Ruth) Patterson, Herbert (Norita) Patterson, and Ronnie (Helen) Patterson; grandchildren Ted (Carol), Len (Audrey), Alan (Paula), Matt (Sarah) and Brian Farmer, Nate (Amy), Russell (Jade), and Wilson Dreher; 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his son Richard Brice Dreher; sister Marjorie Milligan; brother Eugene Dreher; son-in-law Larry Farmer.

Per Brice’s wishes a cremation has taken place and a graveside service will take place at a later time.
