Gerald E. Loomer Sr.
COLUMBUS – Gerald Eugene “Gary” Loomer, Sr., 67, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 at the Franklin Medical Center.
He was born in Cleveland on Nov. 12, 1948 to Albert and Theresa (Schoder) Loomer, who both preceded him in death. Also deceased, is a daughter, Dawn Marie Loomer, a sister, Lisa Colon, and 2 grandchildren; Robert L. Alexander, and Mercedes Loomer.
Gary was a very loving and caring man with a big heart, and was a good friend to everyone he knew.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen, children; Kathleen A. (Max) Paynter, Tracy Loomer, Gerald (Amber) Loomer, Jr., and Jennifer (Robert) Alexander, siblings; Darlene (Mark) Bendenritter, William (Linda) Loomer, Ralph (Luana) Colon, Joseph (Beverly) Colon, and Kevin (Tracie) Colon, 12 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17th at South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton.
