DAYTON – Harold Dusenberry, 95, of Dayton died Monday, April 6, 2015 at his residence.

He was born May 22, 1919 in Coshocton to the late Henry Edgar and Sylvia (Price) Dusenberry.

He was employed with Goodyear Tire in Akron, was a farmer, and retired from Wright State University.

He is survived by his daughter, Roxie Dusenberry of Dayton. Two sons, Rex (Carole) Dusenberry and Larry (Esther) Dusenberry of Coshocton. Four grandchildren, Larry Dusenberry, Jr. of Coshocton, Laurie Reali of Stow, Melissa Dusenberry of New York City, and Renee (Brian) Rahn of Coshocton. Five great grandchildren, Brendan, Maura, Megan, & Brady Reali, and Brevin Rahn. A sister, Mary D. Hall of Mount Vernon and a brother, John E. (Marilyn) Dusenberry of Warsaw.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alfretta L. (Bowersox) Dusenberry, whom he married Sept. 23, 1944, she died Nov. 5, 2005. He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Robbie Dusenberry, a brother, William Dusenberry, and two sisters, Hazel Burns and Nellie Dusenberry.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Ron Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery at Warsaw.   Visitation is one hour prior to the service on Thursday.  At the conclusion of services, there will be a gathering of family and friends for fellowship at the Warsaw United Methodist Church. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
