COSHOCTON – Meet Fred! Boy what a puppy dog! What a Beagle! He is energetic, fun, loving, all around good guy! He has been at the shelter for some time now. No one has ever came looking for him. He’s needing to run and play and to hunt. He keeps his nose to the ground and likes to talk. He is not neutered yet. And adult guessing 2-3 years old. Still will make a great pet.
