5:17PM: Jeff Newell, of Coshocton, reported his 14 year old daughter, Louisa Newell, missing. Louisa was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, camouflage shoes with black shoe laces in one shoe and pink shoe laces in the other. Louisa is a white female, 5’5, 150 to 180 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. If seen please contact the Sheriff’s Office.
