Ridgewood golfers share results

WEST LAFAYETTE – Ridgewood High School’s Varsity Boys Golf team was named Coshocton County Cup Champions on Aug. 6. Golfers with the best scores were: Nick Blakley – 77, Mason Waycaster – 78, Brice Dennis – 79, Adam Matusik – 88, and the team total was 322.
Ridgewood also competed on Aug. 8 at the Pirate Invite at Willandale. Blakley recorded a 77, Waycaster an 82, Dennis a 90, and Palmer Erb a 97. The team total was 346 and Blakley finished tied for ninth out of 68 players.
The team also took part in the Aug. 10 Indian Valley Invite. Blakley’s score was 78, Dennis had 81, Waycaster 87, and Matusik 93. Ridgewood finished ninth out of 23 teams. Blakley was tied for sixth out 92 players.
