Lowe Denver002COSHOCTON – Denver Owen Lowe, 86, a resident of Coshocton Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center, died Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015 at the care center.

He was born Sept. 6, 1928 in Blissfield to the late Russell W. and Helen L. (Williamson) Lowe. He married Doris Y. (Beck) Lowe on June 6, 1948, who preceded him in death on Nov. 18, 2013. He was the first truck driver hired by Clow Water Systems, where he worked for over 26 years.  He was a member of the United Steelworkers of America, and the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church.

He is survived by two sons; Terry Lowe (Debbie Shryock) of Powell, and Gary (Linnet) Lowe of Coshocton, five grandchildren; Jamie (Tom) Fay of Palm Coast, FL, Michael (Kelley) Lowe of Powell, Amanda (Rusty) Stickdorn of Newark, Marie Lowe of Powell, and Kevin Lowe of Dublin, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, Aug. 17, 2015 at Canal Lewisville Cemetery, with Pastor Ron Davis officiating. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
