On Aug. 27, the Sheriff’s Office investigated two accident(s) and three complaint(s).

Accidents

  • CLIFFORD MURPHY OF NASPORT WAS EASTBOUND ON SR 16 WHEN HE SWERVED TO MISS A DOG. THE VEHICLE WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A SIGN.
  • KENNETH SAVAGE OF FRESNO STRUCK THE REAR OF A VEHICLE OPERATED BY PAUL MILLER OF COSHOCTON.

Complaints

  • THE LITTER OFFICE REPORTED AN ILLEGAL DUMP SITE ON CR 38.
  • THE SHERIFFS OFFICE RECIEVED A CALL AT SUPERIOR PIZZA OF AN ASSAULT. UPON INVESTIGATION, LACY PATE, JULIA LIQUIDANO WERE SUMMONS TO COURT ON ASSAULT CHARGES.
  • JONATHAN HUBER OF WEST LAFAYETTE WAS ARRESTED FOR OVI, OVI HIGH TEST AND FAILURE TO DRIVE WITH MARKED LANES.
