COSHOCTON – Melway Paving began the milling and paving today, Sept. 15, of Main Street starting at Water Street proceeding east, weather permitting. The street will be partially closed but they will provide access to businesses. This project should take approximately two weeks to complete, but today the 200 block of Main Street is closed to traffic.
