Choir students entertain at Windsorwood

| December 22, 2015

COSHOCTON – Residents at Windsorwood Place were treated to musical entertainment by the Coshocton City Schools elementary and junior high choir students. The students sang classics like “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” and “White Christmas” and had several prepared that they encouraged the residents to sing along to.

“Children are so inspirational,” said Mary Roller, who lives at Windsorwood. “They make Christmas what it is.”

The students also did a song and dance number that included a popular 1950s dance called the stroll that Roller remembered doing in high school.

“I liked all the songs they did,” she said. “They sang songs that we older people know.”
