Suspect charged with domestic violence

Marvin L  Jungling JrCOSHOCTON COUNTY – On Feb. 12, deputies from the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic call on Township Road 4 in Pike Township. Once in the area, officers saw the suspect leaving in his vehicle. They attempted to stop him but he fled into a field and tractor path. Within minutes deputies were able to relocate him in a field behind the victim’s home.

 

Deputies again attempted to stop him and he fled with his vehicle onto Township Road 4 and lead officers on a pursuit through neighboring roads. The pursuit came to an end in a neighbor’s backyard and the suspect, Marvin L. Jungling Jr., 26-years-old and from the Frazeysburg area, was taken into custody without further incident. He was later charged with fleeing and eluding, a misdemeanor of the first degree and domestic violence by threats, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

This incident remains under investigation by your Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.
