On July 14, the Sheriff’s Office investigated two accident(s) and five complaint(s).

 

Accidents

5:59 AM: Officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 37,000 block of US 36

6:48 AM: Myrtle Hines of Mt. Vernon reported a tree fell on her vehicle on US 36 east of TR 53.

 

 

Complaints

5:17 PM: WalMart reported having a shoplifter

5:36 PM: Family Dollar in Coshocton reported having a shoplifter

5:43 PM: Luke Prosek of CR 12 Coshocton reported the theft of ATV helmets

5:47 PM: An adult male and female were taken into custody after a search warrant was executed in the 1400 block of Chestnut Street. Also taken in the raid of the suspected drug house were several drugs, cash, and a firearm.

7:17 PM: Mellissa Simpson of Vine Street Coshocton reported the theft of a lawn mower
