Haven is such a loving girl. She has been tied outside all of her life, and boy does she love the attention she gets here at the shelter! She’s a jolly gal, doesn’t know a stranger, and she enjoys being close to humans. Haven isn’t fond of kitties, so she needs to be in a home without cats. She isn’t spayed yet, but we will be happy to assist in this!
