Shaw003WARSAW- C. Kenneth “Kenny” Shaw, 79, of CR 22, died Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016 at his residence.

He was born Aug. 12, 1937 in Bethlehem Twp. to the late Willie C. and Katherine (Besst) Shaw.  He was a former employee of Valley Concrete for 17 years, and also Vickers Energy for many years.  He was a life-long horseman, raising Quarter horses and paints.  Of late, he was a self-employed livestock hauler and the former operator of Shaw’s Quarter Horse Sales for ten years.  He enjoyed attending horse auctions, and was a lifetime member of the American Paint & Quarter Horse Associations; the Silver Bar Saddle Club; and he was a member of the former Muskingum Horse Show Association.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Alice (Darr) Shaw of Warsaw; and a grandson, Michael Shaw of Warsaw.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sons, Larry & Ron Shaw; a daughter, Lori Mozena; a brother, Bill Shaw; and a sister, Betty Stubbs.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Dale Darr officiating.  Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery.  Visitation is one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.  www.fischerfuneralhome.com
